Symptom:

• Error message: " Invalid Value—press the prompt button or hyperlink for a list of valid values. The value entered in the field does not match one of the allowable values. You can see allowable values by pressing the Prompt button or hyperlink."

Cause:
The Business Unit for the Service Order is different from the Project ID Business Unit. The Business Units must be the same.

Resolution:

You will need to cancel your current Service Order and create a new Service Order that has the same Business Unit as the Project ID.
