Symptom:
ERROR: Your PPA for (2003-MM-DD) conflicts with chagnes recently made in Project Manager Workbench. (20010, 10)

Cause:
When Saving/Submitting a Time Report, an error message is displayed if a PMWB change is made after the manager makes the PPA change, but before he saves/submits the Time Report. The error message will also appear if the staging process (the process that pushes Submitted time reports to Projects) starts running after the manager opens the time report but before he saves any changes.

Resolution:

Click the OK button to clear the error message. Changes will be blocked until after the process runs. After the process is complete, you will be able to make adjustements if needed.
