Error message: Another user or batch process has changed this row
Symptom:
Cause:
The new validations allow for the situation in which a user has his Project Manager Workbench open while another user is creating a Prior Period Adjustment. In this case, at the time of the change, there is another validation and an error message saying that the row has been changed by another user. The page refreshes and then the row again shows the original value (previous to the attempted changed). This original row is now grayed out and cannot be changed.
Resolution:
Click the OK button to clear the error message. Changes will be blocked until after the process runs. After the process is complete, you will be able to make adjustements if needed.
