ERROR: The file description you have entered already exists...
Symptom:
ERROR: The file description you have entered already exists. Please enter a different file description.
Cause:
All Travel Authorizations and Expense Reports must have a unique description. If you have entered a description that has been used on a previous report, you will receive this error message.
Resolution:
You must enter a unique description before being allowed to continue with the creation of your report.
