Symptom:
The Time Report on YYYY-MM-DD Contained Errors. If you are unable to resolve the errors contact your system administrator.

Cause:
Some countries have a minimum hour requirement. If you have entered a time report that does not meet the minimum hours required through Mobile Time and Expense, you will receive an email with the above error message content.

Resolution:
To resolve this, you will have to edit the time report so that they hours reported equal at least the minimum hours required.

To edit the time report, follow these steps:

Log into the PeopleSoft Network.
Once you are connected to the network, log into Mobile Time and Expense (MTE). For more information, see Eureka! Document 17302 — How to log into Mobile Time and Expense.
Using the menu bar, select Online.
Select Status Check.
The Status Check window will default to Time Report. If not, select the radio button for Time Report.
Click the Update button. Once the updated status show that the report in question is in Error Status, you will be able to open it and make corrections. Click OK to close the Status check box.
To open the Time report, select File, Open... from the menu bar.
Select the radio buttons for Time Report and All.
A list of all reports created through MTE will show in the window.
Click on the report to be edited then click on the OK button.

The report will open in edit mode and you can begin making your changes. Remember to note the hours total located at the bottom right hand portion of the report. This must be 40 hours. If it is not, you must use time in the Policy area to make up the difference.
