The Vantive errors

• " The case pscasesave does not contain the correct compiled code"

or

• " Error: Basic script function check assigned to does not exist"

both instruct the user to contact the System Administrator.

Either of these errors require that you open a NorthStar ticket, as it must be solved by a delevoper.
