ERROR: Employee not in training database
Symptoms:
The following error message displays in EdWeb: Employee not in training database.
Possible Cause:
There is a duplicate student ID associated with your name.
Your employee information has not been entered in the training database.
Resolution:
If you receive this message, follow the steps below to locate a PSU contact to help you resolve this issue:
Log in to Planet PeopleSoft. In the Employee Resources category of PlanetNavigator, click Training.
PSU contacts are listed on the right.
