Symptoms:

The following error appears when attempting to open an XML file in Documentum:

The XML page cannot be displayed.

Cannot view XML input using style sheet. Please correct the error and
then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

Resolution:

Follow the steps below to reinstall Arbortext Epic Editor from the Software Library.

1. Open Lotus Notes, then open the Software Library by clicking the bookmark link.

   If you don't have the Software Library bookmark, see Eureka! document 16250 — How to add the Software Library database link to Lotus Notes for instructions on installing the Software library bookmark.

2. Click the Standard Software Package Installs icon.

3. Click By Package Name. This view will probably already be showing as it is the default view.

4. Locate and open Arbortext Epic XML PeopleBook Editor.

5. Follow the instructions on the page to install the software.
