A Vantive/PeopleSoft employee locator box may open when trying to create a new case in Vantive. This occurs when there are multiple PS employees with the same name.

The locator box will also have the employee id number, which is the unique identifier. The Vantive login is carried over from the HR Preferred Name field, and if there are multiple employees with the same name, Vantive must require a verfication.

The only resolution to this would be for each employee to have a unique "HR Preferred Name". (ie. This could be accomplished by 1 of the employees adding a middle initial or location or department to their HR Preferred Name.)
