If you receive the Knowledge Center error message You are using a cached copy of the login page. Please reload the login page and try again, follow the steps below to resolve:

  1. Return to the login page.

  2. Click the browser refresh button.

  3. Log in again.

If you are still unable to log in to Knowledge Center, clear your browser cache and delete your cookies. See Eureka! documents 16093 — How to clear the cache in Internet Explorer and 19012 — How to find and delete cookies in Internet Explorer for detailed instructions.

If you are still receiving this error after clearing your cache, you may need to change your browser cache settings. Changing your cache settings may affect download time.

To change your cache settings, follow the instructions below:

  1. Open Internet Explorer.

  2. Click the Tools menu.

  3. Select Internet Options.

  4. Click the Settings button under Temporary Internet files.

  5. Select Every visit to the page, then click OK.

  6. Click OK again to close the Internet Options window.

If you are still unable to log in to Knowledge Center, submit a NorthStar ticket or contact Technical Support Operations .
