Symptom:

When trying to log in to the PSU Content Pipeline, I get the following message: "You must have cookies enabled in order to sign in to your PeopleSoft application."

Resolution:

1. Click the link to Return to PeopleSoft 8.

2. Try logging in again.

3. Repeat the process. It may take up to three times.

4. If that doesn't work, close your browser and re-launch the link to the Pipeline.

5. If you are still receiving this message, clear your browser cache. See Eureka! document 16093 — How to clear the cache in Internet Explorer for instructions.
