If you get the error message Non-system disk or disk error. Replace and strike any key when ready. check the floppy drive and remove any disks in the floppy drive. If you do not have a disk in the floppy drive, or no floppy drive is attached follow the steps outlined in document 29008 — Various Fatal, Stop and Exception Errors. If those steps do not resolve the problem open a NorthStar ticket to make an appointment for service. Be sure to include your contact number. Describe the problem in detail, especially the steps you took to try to correct the problem. You will be contacted by the appropriate party.
