This error message appears to be the equivalent of a Dr. Watson error. We are trying to determine whether there is a consistent pattern and cause so that we can reduce the frequency of its appearance. If you have gotten this error message please submit a NorthStar ticket providing as much detail as possible regarding the circumstances when it occurred. For example include the URL of the page that was in the window, what icon or links you may have clicked on, what other applications you were using at the time, whether you were transferring information either to or from the browser to another application. Also open Internet Explorer, click on "Help", select "About Internet Explorer" and provide the following information (you can attach a screen shot if you prefer) The "Version", the "Cipher Strength" and the "Update Versions". Also be sure to quote the error message text so the ticket will be properly routed to the person looking into this particular problem.
