How to Setup BlackBerry Wireless Calendar Syncronization

1. Open the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

2. You may get a password prompt.  Enter your Lotus Notes password.

3. Double-click on Intellisync

4. Under Configuration select the Configure PIM ... button.

5. Highlight Calendar and lick the Choose button Select OK.

6. Highlight BlackBerry Wireless Sync and click OK.

7. Click OK.

8. Select Synchronize Now to transfer the Calendar items to the handheld.

• A warning box  may appear "If you continue with the operation, your existing handheld calendar will be erased and will be replaced with your Outlook/Notes Calendar".

• Select OK to continue.

9. The desktop software performs a serial synchronization and the items from Outlook are transferred to the handheld. As long as the check box is selected next to the calendar application in the Handheld Configuration window, wireless synchronization is enabled. If the check box is cleared, wireless synchronization is automatically disabled.

10. Click Close to finish.
