The 13.2 message that displays on your printer indicates that there is paper jammed in the input section of the printer. You will need to remove the paper jam and reset the printer.

Open the printer's top cover.

Open the upper paper transfer guide door inside the printer by lifting the green handle.

If there is paper present, remove the paper carefully and close the transfer guide door.

Remove the lower paper tray.

If there is paper present, remove the paper carefully.

After all paper jams has been removed, close the printer cover.

The status screen should now show 00 READY. If there is still a 13.2 error message, check the rest of the paper path.
