The PC Load A4 message that displays on your printer occurs when you try to print a document that was created in Europe or Australia and formatted for paper size A4. To prevent this error from recurring, you will need to change the paper size on the original document.

At the printer, press the { SHIFT} and { CONTINUE} buttons on the printer panel. This will reset the printer.
Change the paper size in the original document to permanently resolve this error. For most Microsoft applications, perform these steps:
1. Open the application.
2. Click on the File option of the menu bar and select Page Set up....
3. From the Paper Size or Page tab, set the paper size to Letter 8 1/2 x 11 in.
4. Click the OK button to save your changes.

The document should now print properly.
