If documents are incomplete when printed from Lotus Notes, a print parameter must be added to the notes.ini file.

To add the parameter to the notes.ini file:

1. Exit Lotus Notes.
   
   
2. Open Windows Explorer and find the notes.ini file.
   
   
• NT4: Click the T ools button, select F ind from the drop down list and select Files or Folders... from the next drop down list.
• Windows 2000: Click the Search icon.
  
  
3. In the Named: or Search for files or folders na med: field type notes.ini.
   
   
4. Select the [C:] drive in the Look in: field so that the entire hard drive is searched and press {Enter} or click the S earch Now button.
   
   
5. Double click on the notes.ini file to open it.
   
   
6. Type nobanding=1 at the bottom of the notes.ini file.
   
   
7. Select File from the menu bar and select Save from the drop down list.
   
   
8. Close the notes.ini file and exit Windows Explorer.
   
   
9. Reboot the computer for the changes to take effect.
   

Documents should now print completely from Lotus Notes.
