Nothing prints - Active Touch
The difficulty you are experiencing may be due to a conflict between the PepleSoft Application you are using and WebEx. One of the components that is installed with the WebEx package is Active Touch printer. This is a component that allows you to share documents during your presentations. Make sure that the Active Touch printer is not your default printer.

Your report should now print properly.
