Importing connection entries into Cisco VPN
Note: This document is relevant for Legacy J.D. Edwards Employees only. The steps contained in this document are not to be implemented by Legacy PeopleSoft Employees.
To connect to the PeopleSoft network using Cisco VPN you will need to have the appropriate Connection Entries configured on your machine.
For Legacy J.D. Edwards VPN connections the appropriate Connection Entries are:
In the Legacy PeopleSoft VPN Clients the appropriate Connection Entries are:
If you are missing the Legacy J.D. Edwards Connection Entries the following steps will allow you to import missing Connection Entries into your Cisco VPN client.
To begin the import of missing Connection Entries into your Cisco VPN client, click this icon ->

IE 5.x users, when prompted select
Run this program from its current location.
Note: IE 6 users will see a different prompt and will only need to click
O
pen.
Click OK.
If you receive a Security Warning window (Click icon to see screen shot:
). Click
Yes.
You will see a series of windows open and close and then be presented with a DOS window.
When prompted to Press any key to continue . . ., press any key and the DOS window will close.
You will now have to appropriate pcf files to connect to the legacy J.D. Edwards network
