How to get a user name and password

All full-time employees have a user name and password assigned. If you need to determine your login information, see Eureka! document 54062 — How to find your iPass user name and password.

If you are a newly hired employee who did not receive a login, or you are a contingent worker and do not have an iPass client user name and password, follow these steps to submit your request for an iPass login:

  1. Launch NorthStar and log in, if necessary. For more information about launching NorthStar, see Eureka! document 70001 — How to create a ticket in Northstar.

  2. On the left side of the screen, click on the Log Service Ticket link.

  3. On the contact screen, make sure the information is current and indicate how you would like to be contacted if there are any questions.

  4. Click Next.

  5. Choose Communications and click Next.

  6. Choose Remote Access and click Next.
  7. For "Which remote access application?" choose iPass.

  8. For "What type of help you need?" choose I need access.

  9. In the Subject field, enter "I need a new iPass login."

  10. If you have any additional information to provide, or need additional space, type that information into the Description field.

  11. Click Finish.

Your request is submitted. You will receive an email with your iPass user name and password once your request is processed.
