How to replace a forgotten iPass password
If you have forgotten your user name or password, follow these steps to request your login be reset and sent to you:
Note: If you want to change your current password and you know your user name and password, and you are using:

Launch NorthStar and log in, if necessary. For more information about launching NorthStar, see Eureka! document 70001 — How to create a ticket in Northstar.
On the left side of the screen, click on the Log Service Ticket link.
On the contact screen, make sure the information is current and indicate how you would like to be contacted if there are any questions.
Click Next.
Choose Communications and click Next.
For "Which remote access application?" choose iPass.
For "What type of help you need?" choose I need my password reset'.
In the Subject field, indicate if you only need your password reset, your user name sent to you, or both.
If you have any additional information to provide, or need additional space, type that information into the Description field.
Click Finish.
Your request is submitted. You will receive an email with the iPass information you have requested once your request is processed.
