How to change your iPass password
Note: The information in this document applies to iPass version 3.2 only. If you are using another version, please see:
Not sure what version you're using? See Eureka! document 54057 — How to check the version of iPass client.
You must know your iPass password before you can perform the steps below. If you do not know your iPass password, open a NorthStar ticket to have it reset for you.
To change your iPass version 3.2 password, follow these steps:
Go to the following URL: https://express-connect.ipass.com/1032569.
Log on using your network user name and iPass password.
Click on the Modify my account link.
Note: You should NOT use the the Reset Password link if you want to choose your password. Using this link assigns you a randomly generated password. If you use this link by accident, be sure to take note of that new password, as you will not receive any reminders of that password other than what you see on the screen.
Click on the Change my Password link.
Confirm it.
Click the Update Password link.
