If you are trying to reach the Planet intranet web site, but your browser is sending you to a PilotPlanet web site, you can resolve this using the following steps:

1. Click on this link: Planet host file fix. (This fix file is only 1KB and size, and can be run over a VPN or dial-up connection safely and quickly.)

2. When prompted, click Open. (This fix adds an entry to your computer's host file to prevent the web page from being redirected.)

You are now able to reach Planet without being redirected to PilotPlanet. (This fix does not require a reboot, but you may need to close and re-launch your browser.)
