High-Speed Access Expense Policy
Purpose
This document describes the High-Speed Access Expense Policy for all PeopleSoft employees. High-Speed Access can include DSL or Cable Modem.
Scope
This policy applies to all people who have been approved, by their managers, to expense their High-Speed Access service costs.

Approved High-Speed Access services can be expensed up to, but cannot exceed, $65 (US Dollars) per month.
Only one high-speed access account per household may be expensed.
A credit card statement is also acceptable if no other receipt is available.
Managers must approve all High-Speed Access expense reports.
Use the ISDN/DSL/Broadband Service expense type when entering High-Speed Access expense reports in PSynergy.
Responsibilities
Policy User:
It is the responsibility of every PeopleSoft user who is expensing their High-Speed Access service to know these guidelines, and to conduct their activities accordingly.
