How to request a static IP for a computer
To request a static IP address for a computer, open a NorthStar ticket. Please specify the physical location of the machine, the machine name, the machine's operating system, and the person who will be responsible for the machine. Please note that only servers are granted static IP addresses, and not workstations. Your request for a static IP for your server will be submitted; you may be contacted if more information is needed.
You will receive a notification when the ticket is completed and closed.
