If you are receiving the error message Your system could not log you on to that domain because the system account is incorrect or missing and you have recently changed the machine name on your Windows NT 4.0 workstation, you have broken the "trust relationship" between the machine and your network domain.
Please contact Technical Support Operations so that a NorthStar ticket can be opened. You will be contacted with further instructions.
