The difficulty you are experiencing is that PS RAS Connection Manager keeps flashing or blinking in your Windows taskbar after you launch it.

This is normal behavior for PS RAS Connection Manager until you use it to connect to the network. Once you connect with the network, the program will minimize onto your Windows taskbar and stop flashing. If you do not wish to use PS RAS Connection Manager, exit the program.
