ERROR: Subscript out of range
Note: The legacy RAS (dial-up networking) and PeopleSoft RAS Connection Manager (also known as PSRC or PSRCM) are in the process of being retired. To standardize dial-up access, the integrated PeopleSoft company is deploying iPass and VPN as the dial-up solution. Note: Only Windows 2000 machines should be experiencing this problem. If you have a different Operating System, contact Technical Support Operations . Do NOT attempt the fix on NT 4 machines!
There is a fix in the Software Library. Please follow these steps:
Close down all applications except Lotus Notes.
If you don't have the Software Library bookmark see document 16250 — How to add the Software Library database link to Lotus Notes for instructions on installing the Software library bookmark.
In the Software Library, click on Standard Software Package Installs.
Scroll down the list of applications until you get to PeopleSoft RAS Connection Manager.
Scroll down the page until you see the button PeopleSoft RAS Connection Manager Subscript out of range error button and click on it.
If the machine does not reboot as part of the process, reboot it.
The error should no longer appears. If it does, contact Technical Support Operations .
