ERROR: You do not have permission to change your password

The error You do not have permission to change your password. will appear when you try to change your network password in the CORP or JDEMD1 domains. That functionality has been turned off for the migration to the PEOPLESOFT domain.

Once you migrate to the PEOPLESOFT domain, according to the schedule, you should be able to change your network password in that domain.

Tips:

If you are still receiving notifications that your password will expire in x days, please contact TSO.
If you did not change your password before the functionality was turned off, please wait until you migrate to the PEOPLESOFT domain. Even if your password does not meet the requirements of the new domain (see Eureka! document 50001), that password should work to log into the new domain. When you then change your password in the PEOPLESOFT domain, you will be required to follow the new password requirements.
