As of May 2002, PS RAS Connection Manager has a new and improved online help. The best news is that you don't have to be connected to the PeopleSoft network to troubleshoot your problem. There are 2 ways get to the help file:

• With the PS RAS Connection Manager open, click on the Help menu and then choose PSRCM Help.

  • The help screen appears behind the PSRCM main screen. If you are on Windows NT 4, you must close the PS RAS Connection Manager to view the help file. If you are on Windows 2000, you can click on the help screen to bring it to the front of the other applications; for these machines, the application icon will flicker on your Windows taskbar while you are viewing the help file.

• Click on the Start menu, then on Programs, then PS WinApps, and finally PS RAS Connection Manager Help.
