How to choose a PeopleSoft VPN connection server
There are 3 VPN servers available to PeopleSoft employees (Amsterdam, The Netherlands; Pleasanton, CA in the United States; and Sydney, Australia.) You must choose a server before you connect.
For instructions on how to choose a server, click below on the link for the version of Cisco VPN client you are running.
Cisco version 3.x
Cisco version 4.0.1Note: As of October 7, 2004, Cisco VPN Client version 4.0.4(D) is the standard supported version of VPN client software. If you are on an earlier version, please update your software as soon as possible. See Eureka! document 54102 — Upgrade or install Cisco VPN Client software. To find out what version of the Cisco VPN software you are running, see Eureka! document 55175 — How to tell what version of Cisco VPN software you are using.
How you choose a server depends on what mode you are in: Simple Mode or Advanced Mode. If you do not see the choices below on your logon screen, see Eureka! document 55154 — How to update the Cisco VPN Configuration files:
