Note: Several errors look similar to this one. Verify that this is the EXACT error you are getting or the steps below will NOT resolve your problem.
1932: WinExec: The system cannot find the path specified.

This error is caused by deleting files from the c:\winnt\hotfix directory on your machine. DO NOT delete any files from that directory! Automated processes will delete the unneeded files in the future. The files in this directory are related to Microsoft Security updates, which are critical to the health of the PeopleSoft network.
To resolve this error you must clear out and reload your network logon script. For instructions on how to do this, see Eureka! document 55021 — Reload network logon scripts using PNU Control.
NOTE: If you are a RAS user, when you RAS back into the network, you MUST check the box next to Logon using dialup connection on the Windows logon screen. Otherwise, you will receive the following error when you RAS in again:

If you receive the error, use PNU Control to reload your logon scripts again. Then RAS in again, make sure to check the box on the Windows Logon Screen:
