Submitting a ticket to NorthStar for AppShield (end-user)
When accessing web sites protected by "AppsShield" you may get one or more of the following error messages: Request is not allowed, Request is out of session, Illegal value in form, Server side error. To open a service request or to report a problem with AppShield servers/configuration, please follow the instructions below.
Tickets concerning AppShield need to be submitted through NorthStar:
Submit an AppShield ticket through NorthStar Web (End Users).
Connect to http://northstar.peoplesoft.com.
Select Log Service Ticket.
Select the method you wish to be contacted. Click Next.
Select Other Service Request and click Next.
Select the type of problem you are having as Network.
In the Subject, please type the text of the AppShield error that you have received.
In the Description, please type the error received and what URL the error occurred on and the steps leading up to the error, as well as any other pertinent information.
Technical Support Operations should receive your request and should escalate the issue to the proper groups for troubleshooting.
