The preferred Service Pack is Service Pack 4. Installing it requires a high-speed connection. Service Pack 3 is still permitted and the Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 CD is available in the PeopleSoft Collateral Center. Your department will be charged for the CD. You should let your manager know you are ordering the CD before putting the order in. The cost is about $12 (U.S. dollars). To order the CD, follow these steps:

1. Launch the PeopleSoft Collateral Center: http://www.peoplesoftcollateral.com/html/index.html.

2. Click on the Collateral Search tab.

3. In the Part number: field, enter 4784 and click on the Search button.

4. The CD should show up in the search results.

5. Enter an order quantity (generally, 1) next to the CD choice.

6. Click on the Add Selections to Order button.

7. Click on the Check Out Now link on the left side of the screen and follow the onscreen instructions to complete your order.

Once you complete the requested information, the CD should be shipped as you specify.
