To set up your own personal distribution list of 20 members or less, follow these steps:

1. Access your voicemail. Click here for instructions.

2. Press { 9} from within your voice mailbox.

3. Press { 1} to create a list (PhoneMail will assign the list number).

4. When prompted, enter an extension number and { #} (pound sign). Note: If the extension number of the person you want to add to the distribution list is located at another site, you must use their 8-digit PeopleSoft phone number ( 6 followed by the first 3 letters of their location, followed by the last 4 numbers of their extension - e.g., 6- TEA- XXXX).

5. Repeat step 4 for each extension to be included in the distribution list.

6. Press { #} when the distribution list is complete.

7. Keep a record of your distribution lists.

 

Your distribution list is ready for use.
