Forwarding calls redirects your incoming calls to another extension or an outside number.

To forward calls to another extension or outside number, do the following:

1. Get a dial tone and press the Forward key.

2. Dial the extension or 8 and the outside number you want to receive your calls.

3. Hang up.

To cancel forwarding calls, press the Forward key, or get a dial tone and dial # # 9 1.

NOTE: The Call Forwarding feature should be restricted to internal extensions, local numbers and toll-free numbers only.
