In the Regional Offices of PeopleSoft, the Office Managers are the know-it-all, do-it-all resources for getting regional PeoplePeople what they need, or they can point you in the right direction for help.
Listed below are some of the ways your Office Manager may be able to help you. Some of the Regional Offices have specific procedures set up for obtaining or ordering supplies or other items - check with your office manager to be sure.
- Ordering or obtaining office supplies (
i.e., pens, pencils, tape, labels, etc.)
- Ordering or obtaining office furniture (
i.e., computer tables, etc.)
- Ordering PeopleSoft name plate for your office or cubicle, if applicable
- Obtaining a personal mail box assignment, if applicable
- Ordering or obtaining kitchen facility items (
i.e., sodas, coffee, etc.)
- Building access (
i.e., hours, building keys, etc.)
- Federal Express service policy (
i.e., last time of pickup, etc.)
- U.S. mail service policy (
i.e., where to put personal stamped mail, etc.)
- Building facility issues (
i.e., air conditioning, light bulb changes, parking, etc.)
- Maintenance issues (
i.e., toner for the copier, laser printer, or fax machine, etc.)
- Note that in some offices, Information Technology takes care of printer issues such as toner.
- In many of the Regional Offices, the office manager schedules conference and demo room use.
