If you will be working on a weekend, holiday, or at night, and would like the air conditioning or heat turned on for your work area, make sure you obtain your manager's approval for the request as there is usually a charge attached to turning on the air conditioning or the heating during off-work hours. Requests should be received 24 hours before you need the change.

Whom you need to contact is dependent upon your location:

• Pleasanton corporate and Denver: Contact 4HELP (Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS)), extension 4-HELP (44357) You may also email them at REWS4HELP/PeopleSoft.

• All other California offices: Contact 4HELP (formerly, Facilities Service Desk), 6-PSH-HELP (6-774-4357). You may also email them at REWS4HELP/PeopleSoft.

• Other Regional offices: Contact your Office Manager to make arrangements.
