Your default voicemail password is 111. You need to change it as soon as possible.

1. Dial into your appropriate voicemail node. If you do not know what node you are on, see Eureka! document 72025 — World-wide voice mail access phone numbers.

2. Enter your phone extension/voicemail box number followed by # and then your password, followed by # .

3. When the recording gives you a list of options, press 9 for mailbox options.

4. When you are given a list of mailbox options to change, press 3 to change your password.

5. Enter your new password, using the key pad on the telephone.
   • Your new password must be at least 8digits long.

   • After entering your new password, press # key.

Your voicemail password has been changed.
