The phone number information for many PeopleFriends (consultants, contractors, etc.) is available in the PeoplePeople Directory in Lotus Notes.

Viewing PeopleFriends' phone information in the PeoplePeople Directory.

Requesting a PeopleFriend's information to be added or revised in the PeoplePeople Directory.

To view the names and phone numbers for PeopleFriends in the PeoplePeople Directory in Lotus Notes:

1. Open Lotus Notes.

2. Click the bookmark to open the PeoplePeople Directory. The bookmark will probably be found in the Databases bookmark folder.

3. Click the PeopleFriends view in the left hand navigation panel.

A list of PeopleFriends and their phone numbers appears.

Not all PeopleFriends may be listed in this view. A request must be submitted by the PeopleFriend in order to have their phone information listed in the PeoplePeople Directory.

To request the addition or revision of a PeopleFriend's phone number in the PeoplePeople Directory:

1. Address a new email to Peggy Kruk/Consultant .

2. In the Subject: field type, Add my phone number to the PeopleFriends Directory.

3. Type the following in the body of the memo:
   
   
• PeopleFriend name: Type the PeopleFriend's name.
  
  
• Phone number: Type the entire telephone number including area code.
  
  
• PeopleFriend location: Type the PeopleSoft location of the PeopleFriend.
  
  

4. Send the message.

The request to add or modify the phone information has been sent and will be processed within 2 business days.
