If you have a Pleasanton based extension in the '925' area code, voice mail can be accessed from any phone via the PhoneMail greeting.

To access voice mail from any phone:

Continuous Message Playback
The continuous playback feature makes use of the 5 key at the home state of voice mail. Typically, the 3 key is pressed to listen to messages. Pressing the 5 key plays headers and messages continuously with no menu prompt between. All message types (Urgent, Return Receipt, New, Saved, etc) play in this mode.

Note: A ll control features are still in effect during the continuous message playback. The * key can still be used to stop the message and bring up the option menu. If a message has been stopped, press the 3 key to resume with that message, or press the 2 key to skip to the next continuous play session.

Messages can be saved and forwarded when they're finished. Press the # key to continue with continuous playback feature.

LIFO Message Playback
The LIFO (last-in, first-out) feature lets users listen to the most recently received message first. The LIFO playback applies only to new messages, with urgent new messages taking playback priority. Your saved messages are not affected and continue to play as before - FIFO (First-in, First-out).
