Pickup features let you answer calls ringing or on hold at another extension (provided you know the number for that extension).

To answer a call ringing or on hold at another extension, do this:

1. Pick up the hand set or press the line key.

2. When you hear dial tone dial * 3 and the extension on the phone where the call is ringing or on hold.

3. The call is now live on your phone.
