Voice mail messages can be sent to a group of people at one time if you have a personal distribution list set up through voice mail. For additional information, see Eureka! document 82002 — How to set up a personal voice mail distribution list.

To send a voice mail message to a voice mail distribution list:

1. Log in to voice mail.
   
   
2. Press 1 on the telephone keypad.
   
   
3. Record the voice mail message and then press the * key followed by the # key on the telephone keypad.
   
   
4. Enter the voice mail distribution list number(s) followed by the # key.
   
   
5. If special delivery options are desired, select from the available options.

Once all options have been selected, the recorded voice mail message will be delivered to the distribution list(s) specified.
