IT Master Calendar Views
The IT Master Calendar on the Application Support Operations website (http://aso.peoplesoft.com/) has various available views to show all submitted requests, only approved requests, only blackout dates etc. You can also elect to receive email notifications of changes to the calendar.

The list of available views is on the left side of the page of the IT Master Calendar .
All Events - this view is in a list format. It includes both past and future events. Click the icon for a screen shot.
Master Calendar - this view is in calendar format. The default view is "View by Month" but you can select "View by Day" or "View by Week" . Click the icon for a screen shot.
View Current Events only - this view is in a compact list format. It includes only future events. This provides a concise summary of the planned activities. Click the icon for a screen shot.
View Approved entries only - this view is in calendar format. The default view is "View by Month" but you can select "View by Day" or "View by Week" .
View Blackout entries only - this view is in calendar format. The default view is "View by Month" but you can select "View by Day" or "View by Week" .
Production calendar report - this view is in a compact list format. This is a forward looking only view. It provides more details than the "Current Events" view. Click the icon for a screen shot.

The "Alert me" link
provides a method of getting email notices of changes made. You can target the alert to specify types of changes (all, added, changed or deleted). You can select whether you want individual notices or either daily or weekly summaries. The link is on the left under the various Calendar views. Click the icon for a screen shot.
