Information Systems Acceptable Use Policy - describes the acceptable use of information system resources at PeopleSoft, including computer equipment, voice networks, software, operating systems, storage media, network accounts providing electronic mail, internet browsing, and File Transfer Protocol (FTP).

Covers: cell phone, chat rooms/newsgroups, Internet use, instant messaging (IM), personal use, account & password confidentiality, exporting software and information, fraud, harassment, intellectual property, unauthorized copying or sharing of copyrighted material, distribution, disclosure or use of PeopleSoft software, malicious code or viruses, network monitoring, network scanning, non-company hardware, prohibited content, release of confidential data or proprietary information, security breaches, theft of voice services, use of e-mail system and PeopleSoft addresses.

Corporate Remote Access Policy Ranks the appropriate method of connectivity (VPN, RAS, IPASS) based on the type of user and connectivity conditions. Workstation Security Standards - Required file system and user data storage, services which must be disabled: Internet connection sharing, telnet, NetMeeting Remote Desktop Sharing, and Internet Information Services (should not be installed on workstations), wireless, disabling guest accounts, limitation of local accounts, installation of software, critical security software requirements, hot fixes and virus protection updates, file sharing,permissions, remote desktop access, user account security. Procedures
The Enterprise Change Management (ECM) process for reviewing and approving all proposed changes to the IT Infrastructure.
