How to obtain or change the Sametime password

Document number: 12007

The Sametime password is required to access Sametime Connect. Originally, the password was sent to all users in June of 1999. If someone began working at PeopleSoft after June of 1999, the password is sent as one of the first e-mail messages when the Lotus Notes ID is created.

The Sametime password can be easily changed or a new one requested if the original one could not be found or remembered.
