Asset Insight - No longer in use
Asset Insight software is no longer in use on PeopleSoft machines. It was removed from most machines automatically. You may remove the software from your machine manually, if it is still on your machine. To uninstall the application, follow these steps:
If you can't find Asset Insight installed but you believe you are having a problem related to Asset Insight, please contact Technical Support Operations or open a NorthStar ticket for further troubleshooting. Refer to this document number (15381) when you contact them or in your ticket.

Click the Standard Software Package Installs icon.
Scroll until you see the entry Asset Insight Client 4.0 and double click on it to open it.
If you unable to find the entry, or you get the error Unable to locate program navigate to the Software Library on the pspapps2 server by clicking here.
You should no longer be prompted for an inventory, or if you are receiving the error aiclient.exe application error memory could not be read, you should no longer see the error.
