Clicked a link to streaming media, nothing comes up
Symptom:
User clicked a link to a streaming media file and nothing comes up.
Resolution:
Turn off any popup blocker programs. Popup blockers can interfere with the functionality of standard applications.
If the problem continues, submit a NorthStar ticket or contact Technical Support Operations.
