How do I request an Extension?

What is a backup?

A backup is used to save off your environment at a specific point in time. Use this process if you are not done with the environment but want to be able to get back to this point just in case something happens to your environment or your environment becomes corrupt. It is a good practice to back up your environment when a large amount of prep work is involved. A backup is only good until the environment is archived or retired. If you need your environment to be available after it is retired, you need to request an archive after your demo but before your expiration date.
