ERROR: Archive operation failed. Would you like to modify the archive settings?
The Lotus Notes error message "Archive operation failed. Would you like to modify the archive settings?" is received when the archive settings have become corrupt. Although archiving has previously worked, something has caused the settings to become corrupt or blank thus causing the error.
If the error is received, contact Technical Support Operations so the issue may be escalated to a Notes Administrator for resolution.
